I’m a straighter build so the high waist doesn’t work as well for me - I’ve had better success with other brands. The length is VERY long, will need to get hemmed. I’m 5’7” and wear 2” heels typically and these drag. Fabric and colour are great.

While these seem like quite nice pants, the waistband on the largest size won’t do up and unfortunately company policy is not to provide refunds when an item was bought on sale. Most of the pants in my closet are sized 12-14.

I can see that these were purchased during a site-wide sale period in which items were eligible for exchange or return to store credit, however not for refund. You are still within the return window, and I would be happy to assist you in entering a return for the store credit. We are extending the size range to include the next size up for The Josephine in Black if you'd like to hang on to your credit and purchase the size up when they come in (set to arrive to us in May, from what I can see). Store credit does not expire, and we have lots of newness coming for Spring/Summer.

The only thing is they are really long for someone who is 5’7- even with a boot. I wish they came in different lengths.
