HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We are happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders to Canada and the US. For our valued customers residing outside of Canada and the USA, please refer to the "International Shipping" section below for further details.

DO YOU SHIP TO THE US?

Absolutely. Be aware that we don't cover any additional taxes or duties that may occur.

You will be quoted a timeframe window at checkout based on the shipping service selected, but note that THIS IS AN INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT and there is a small chance it could be held up in processing with customs at the border. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA)

We offer a flat rate of $20 CAD for standard shipping (up to 60 days). Additionally, we offer a paid option for expedited shipping via DHL, which ensures faster delivery. The quote and estimated delivery time will be available at checkout.   During high-demand periods, delivery timelines may take slightly longer.

WHAT ARE DELIVERY TIMES LIKE?

When checking out, you may choose free shipping or expedited shipping for an additional charge. If you choose free shipping / standard shipping you can expect the following:

Within Canada: 2-4 business days for western Canada and 3-7 business days for eastern Canada

To USA: 5-10 business days

Other International Destinations: Up to 6 weeks

ORDER PROCESSING

After placing your order online you will receive an order confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped you will receive a second email to confirm shipping as well as a link to track your delivery. We typically ship orders Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. 

RETURNS

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Not for you? We are disappointed too.

WITHIN 30 DAYS

We will gladly accept your return within 30 days of when your order shipped out to you.

Please note that Final Sale items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.

IN PERFECT CONDITION

Products must be in new, never worn, unsoiled and undamaged condition. Products that don’t meet these criteria will not be refunded.  Once we have received and reviewed your return to our satisfaction, your refund will be issued.

FREE EXCHANGES

We want to make it easy for you to get the right product for you as quickly as possible. Visit our return portal and you'll receive a pre-paid return label. As soon as we receive your items in perfect condition, we'll swap it out for the new substitute and get it out to you right away.

EASY RETURNS

Visit our return portal to process your return. You will receive a pre-paid return label. Once your items make their way back to us, you will be issued a refund or store credit as per your request. If you wish to receive store credit for future shopping, you'll receive the full amount paid in a digital gift card. If you wish to receive a refund to your original payment, we will deduct the cost of the return label from your refund. Once we have received and reviewed your return to our satisfaction (new, unused, unsoiled condition), your net refund will be issued.

HOW DO I GET MY REFUND?

Pretty straightforward, your net refund (product cost less return shipping cost) will be credited to your original payment method once your return has been physically received and reviewed by our team. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if product has been worn, soiled or damaged.

BLACK FRIDAY AND BOXING DAY SALE

Purchases made during our major sale events are eligible for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT only. Items that are marked down are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Please note: We do not offer price adjustments for Black Friday sales.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. Returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as store credit back onto a gift card.
