The Ashley Dress Short Sleeve Round Neck Navy

I love the cut and the fabric of this dress. I bought a S, which fit perfectly in the Ashley V-neck version, but this one runs small. I find it extremely tight in the hips and a bit tight in the arms which is weird because my arms are basically twigs!

Although it’s tight, I kept it because the stretch and the well-sewn slit in the back makes the tightness tolerable, and because it’s such a classic, versatile style.

If the slit wasn’t as well-sewn as it is, the dress would have already bust at the seams and be ruined. If you have a bit of a bigger booty, you may want to size up.

For reference I’m 5’11”, 135lb., curvy body type.

It’s super comfy and I get lots of compliments on the colour.

As with all my other Sophie Grace pieces, this fits well, washes well and has classic styling that means it will stand the test of time. Love that it has a different, but classic colour and hope that SG will continue to introduce feature colours in the years ahead.
